This is not so much a review about the quality of work done, because we ended up going a different direction; but I would totally trust working with Patrick and his team. After taking the time to discuss and plan for a complex situation, with some changes midstream, we had to bail on the project after an agreed-upon fee for services and scheduling of his staff. When I had to back out of the project, Patrick graciously did not charge me anything for all his preparation efforts and was kind and professional throughout. He displayed the kind of customer service that has me looking for ways to promote and use his services for the future, confident that he is trustworthy and beyond reproach. I hired Patrick and his team at Envision to help me design a home theater and lighting that would modernize my townhome bringing it to an entirely new level. From product suggestions to a clean and detailed installation, I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Their customer service and professionalism is unparalleled. I plan on having more speakers installed throughout the house along with some Lutron lighting soon and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. If you're looking for an AV company who will take care of you from beginning to end, this is the company you need to hire. I'm excited to start another new project with them soon.
